Curried Tofu Salad
good stuff! i upped the curry and chili to give it more of a kick then put it over tabouleh - yum!

Citrus Garlic Shrimp
used the sauce as a marinate then BBQ'D shrimp & served with potato & veg. had leftover shrimp the next day on a salad. wonderful.
