I liked these, and so did my husband. For as easy as they are, they are very tasty. I cut down on the bbq sauce a little (about a cup- I used Sweet Baby Rays). And I just sprinkled with cheese, so it was nowhere near 2 cups. But they were tasty, easy, and I liked that they were single servings ready to go. Great idea- thanks for sharing! Will make again in our house!

This is absolutely my favorite dish I have tried on AR thus far- and I've tried and loved a lot! Only made a few changes based on what I had- I left out the carrots and peas, and used one egg in place of the substitute. Also, I had no browning sauce (nor did I know where to find it) so I left that out. My husband raved about it! And has asked for it every night since. So, thanks for sharing Christine M! This will become a regular in our house!

This was very good- I omitted the carrot and used dried cherries plumped in a little chicken broth because the store didn't have any fresh this time of year. I think it worked out fine. I also toasted my own almonds in about 1 T of white sugar. Loved the sauce on these. Thanks for sharing!
