Whole Wheat Pancakes
Very good. I traded all the butter out for a 1/4 cup of canola oil and a 1/4 cup applesauce and it turned out great.

World's Best Lasagna
Great recipe. I soaked the noodles as suggested in the other reviews in stead of boiling them. I would cut back on the salt in the sauce it was a little much. Maybe half it.

Perfect Sesame Chicken
This recipe was really good. We didn't have any Chile paste so we used red pepper flakes and it added color and kick. I will make this again.
