Tomato Chicken Parmesan
I really liked this recipe. I also made some changes that others posted in their comments: I used Mozzarella cheese instead & put it on the last 5 min of baking. Made my own pasta sauce: fresh tomatoes, can crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt & pepper & sugar, sauteed garlic & onions in white wine & oil. I put the sauce on the bottom and on top of the chicken.

Campbell's(R) Tuna Noodle Casserole
I read some reviews and also used 1 can of cream of celery soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom and it was much better. I also used bread crumbs and then the 2nd time I made it using bread crumbs and dried onions and it was much better the second time.
