Excellent. I used a frozen mix of raspberry, blueberry, and marionberry, vanilla yogurt with lemon juice and apple raspberry juice concentrate. I just blended and added until it was the right consistency. mmm mmm good.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

this was a really good casserole. i made it for dinner and everyone ate it. and everyone came back for seconds and thirds. it is really tasty. kind of on the fatty side though, but really good, homey and warm.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This was a really good recipe. I like my cookies spicy so I added an extra teaspoon of cinnamon and I added a 1/2 cup molasses for a richer flavor. These are terrific!

Chicken Marmalade

I must have done something wrong. Maybe I just don't like onions and marmalade. I pounded the chicken and then sauteed it, but I think it should have been grilled instead. Also, ixnay the onions. They would be better served on something else.

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

This was terrific. My family loved it! At first, I was very skeptical having tasted the marinade. The meat was juicy and tender. I did tenderize it with a rolling pin first. It is terrific.

Molasses Cookies

Yep, these were to die for. My kids are not your novice taste testers. Cookies to them are like wines to celebrated wine connessuers. Very flavorful, chewey, and crispy. Intoxicating bouquet while they bake. Our entire family couldn't stop eating them. Enjoy
