I really enjoyed this recipe; the marinade has a good flavor. I'm not a huge soy fan, so I cut back on it just a tad. I was a bit disappointed (no fault to the recipe) that my jalapenos didn't offer much heat so I'll be sure to taste them beforehand next time. I'll definitely make these again - tasty and easy to make!

I was looking for something new to make with ground beef and found this recipe; I'm glad I did. The meatballs were moist and delicious! I used premade cornbread from my grocery store to save some time and some other suggestions from previous reviewers. I added 1 pkg. taco seasoning and finely chopped onions to the mix and only used enchilada sauce. I served mine for dinner with mexican rice and corn tortillas - the family loved them; told me this is a keeper and it is!

This is a wonderful dessert; easy, light, and delicious! I love strawberries, so I chopped some and added to each layer with the filling...yummy!
