Baked Chicken Wings

These are amazing and easy. You don't have to follow the ingredients list exactly I ended up adding a little bit more of certain spices I enjoy. My sister tasted them and made them for her family every night for a week.

Bill's Sausage Gravy

This was my first time making sausage gravy and it did it just for my dad because I have never been a fan but this was awesome. I even had seconds! It goes perfect over some homemade buttermilk biscuits. It's simple and delicious

Mexican Posole Stew

I cooked this for my my fiance and his uncle because their from mexico they thought I was crazy for trying. But they were very impressed with me they loved it so much they ate it breakfast luch and dinner until it was completely gone. This is a very authentic dish. I served it with tortillas, chopped onions, cilantro, and lime wedges. Also I would definetely add the can of tomatoes for flavor.
