Carrot Cheesecake Muffins
Unfortunately an acquired taste. Kind of strong. My mother in law hated it. :)

Sausage and Lentils
My husband liked it, but I think it was pretty bland. Maybe curry powder as well as cumin. I served it over rice, but I might try again over couscous.

Coleslaw with a Difference!
Really good and easy. My husband loved it and already asked me to make it again! I want to tailor the ingrediants slightly so that it doesn't have as much liquid leftover after chilling...but that's my complaint about most coleslaw.
