Carolina BBQ
We loved this. It's easy and makes a TON. My husband LOVES BBQ and he thought it was great.

Strawberry Cream Freeze: Serve it Your Way!
Loved the filling but didn't like that the strawberries are hard as rocks on the inside of the dessert. Just didn't capture the taste of strawberry. I think you could leave them out of the filling, put them on top right before serving and it would be better.

Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
This was delicious when I substituted the egg as others said. Loved the mayo/lemon juice instead of egg white (although I never tried the egg) I didn't cook on broiler pan because I hate to clean them! Put it in glass baking dish, sprayed it with nonstick spray and cooked at 400 for about 15 min. It was great. Definitely a keeper.
