Garlic Prime Rib
this recipe is AWESOME!!!!! i did do it differently. i got a 3.5 puond & used 15 cloves of garlic & crushed it. then added 2/3 cup of olive oil. i used same amount of salt & tyme even if it said for 10 pounds. i covered the whole rib eye & baged it. 15 hours later, baked it & served. OMG it was sooo good. a nice garlic flavor to it. thank you soo much. it satisfied my cravings.

Yummy Korean Glass Noodles (Jap Chae)
this was good. i used more sesame oil for flavor. the kids love this. i went out to buy korean soy sauce just because its not as strong. & at one point i added meat & cabage with shredded carrots. for color. it became a meal. but this was great.

Honey Walnut Shrimp
i did this recipe twice. i followed the first one exactly to this one. it was great. but after 10 mins of frying the shirmp, it got soggy. so i was looking into a different ways of doing it. i manage to get my mother in law's help. i used tempura batter with some salt in it. but very little. it came out better. so for 30 tiger shirmps butterfly at their backs. i put about 1/4 cup of tempure mix with 1/4 cup of water & 2 pinches of salt. mix them together & fried them. try it!
