Potato Enchilada
Absolutely love this! My husband and I are vegetarians, so we're always looking for new, delicious recipes. I've made this a couple times, and hubby keeps asking for it! Thank you!!! :)

Creamy Tortellini
This was pretty good, I liked the taste of the veggie soup mix, what a great idea! We will probably make this again.

Alfredo Mostaccioli
I thought this was kind of bland. It didn't work out too well with mostaccioli. I had it for lunch the next day, and it was just a buttery mess!! It might work out better with fettucini...
