Lemon Curd
Absolutely loved this! I made it with an angel food cake and cream cheese frosting but it would have been just as good to eat by itself! Thanks for a great recipe!

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes
We loved this! My husband, who doesn't really like pork roast, said it was the best roast he has ever had and he had seconds and thirds! I did make a few slight changes - i added sweet potatoes to the red potatoes in the first step and after they were finished boiling, I added one onion to that mixture, put a ton of garlic pepper and sprayed with olive oil while waiting for the pork to cook its first 50 minutes. I then added the veggies to the pork roast and cooked the last 50 minutes. For the rub, I used garlic pepper, kosher salt, ground mustard and and onion seasoning. It was delicious and I will use again. Thanks for the great recipe!
