Juicy Roasted Chicken
I don't know what does it but, this was the juiciest and most tasteful roaster chicken I've ever made. I did add a onion to the cavity along with the celery. The roaster I made was almost 5 lbs. and it cooked in 2 hours and 15 min. I also let it sit for about 30 minutes wrapped in foil. The chicken came out hot. Even the kids loved it
