Pecan Pie Bars II
made these for a funeral. they came out gooey. i almost didn't bring them and i actually threw the recipe away. i was wrong it was a keeper! Everyone loved them and begged for the recipe. i rated it 4 stars because of the gooieness and i only sorta liked them.

Shrimp with Garlic Cream Sauce over Linguine
very good. like the fact that there wasn't much fat content but, it didn't taste low fat. 8 year old didn't like it much and she usually likes this stuff. will make again. added shallots with garlic.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
I don't know what does it but, this was the juiciest and most tasteful roaster chicken I've ever made. I did add a onion to the cavity along with the celery. The roaster I made was almost 5 lbs. and it cooked in 2 hours and 15 min. I also let it sit for about 30 minutes wrapped in foil. The chicken came out hot. Even the kids loved it
