Zucchini Apple Bread
I wasn't sure what to expect..however this recipe has a great texture and taste. I followed the recipe exactly...what a great way to incorporate veggies without anyone knowing....

Prime Rib Roast
Huge hit at the party! I cooked it exactly to recipe specifications with the small exception of using peach/mango preserves because I am not a huge fan of orange marmelade. This recipe is so simple and you couldn't ask for a juicier roast!

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Cream Sauce
This recipe was a huge hit at the party. I cooked it exactly according to the orignal recipe with just an extra dash of salt. Everyone really seemed to enjoy all of the different flavors incorporated into this dish...sweet and savory!
