Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup I
I thought this was VERY good! I accidentally pureed the tips of the asparagus, but other than that, definitely a keeper! Great with some freshly shredded fontinella cheese and croutons on top - mmmmm!

Cajun Chicken Pasta
LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! You can do so much with it! We've been making it with petite scallops - delish. I don't change anything in the recipe and it's perfecto!

Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Pizza
OUTSTANDING! I was nervous my husband wasn't going to like this but it was a huge hit! We used store bought pizza crust (not boboli) and it was great - wouldn't change anything!
