this is the best pie recipe. i however only use the cinnamon spice. i omit the other spices. it tastes delish. i made this over christmas to take along to a party and i am getting calls for the recipe. i use the fat free evaporated milk and it tastes the same. so if you on a diet or watching your weight, try and use fat free milk instead. it is even better than some stores and restaurants pie. this is definitely a keeper and a repeat user.
