Mexican Casserole
Really good flavor. I did add 1/2 packet of taco seasoning instead of chili powder, and added red pepper flakes and Louisiana hot sauce to the meat. We like things spicy. Also, I used a can of rotel, and did top off each layer with cheese. I didn't use 4 cups of cheese more like 2. I think this would be good with flour tortillas, as well as corn. Was a real simple easy meal to make.
