I love to cook and bake! This comes from my mom who always let me and my sisters help her with making meals. The kitchen was always crowded with the six of us all piled in there at one time, but we always had fun. Appetizers/finger food. Basicly any thing I can make for a whole lot of people. I love hosting parties. Every Christmas eve, my mom, my four sisters and I would make tamales. We'd gather around the big table with all of the supplies and assemble them while talking, eating finger foods and listening to Christmas music. Now that I live across the country from them, I still carry on the tradition with my husband and one of my sisters. My mom's tamales. I've been helping to make them ever since I could hold a spoon, so I'm pretty much an expert now.
