Almond Cookies I
Good flavor. Could be a little sweeter, but great if you toast the almonds prior to adding. Also, I dipped them in melted semi-sweet to add a little flair. Thanks!

Texas Sheet Cake V
always a hit; it is minorly labor intensive, but sooo much better than a cake mix! Also, I watched it at around 15 minutes; it was done. I also used dark chocolate cocoa -- we are calling it Texas Tea (oil, get it?) cake.

Simple White Cake
It's so simple and delicious. Partner with the vanilla frosting (photo has 25th anniv. cake). Stellar!
