Really good stuff. I've made this several times since first discovering it and love it each and every time. Like most recipes, I played with it to make it my own, but the basic recipe doesn't change. Good grub!

Beer Dip I

I liked this dip, but I've found that the flavor can and will change based on the beer you choose. I've found that my male friends really like it regardless of the type of beer. My female friends are a bit more select; I have to stay with a more lighter beer to suit their tastes.

Four Cheese Macaroni

I like the recipe; reminds me of moms only with better cheese. Play around with it by adding different meets in to alter the flavor abit and you can have multiple dishes.

Big M's Spicy Lime Grilled Prawns

This is a party pleaser. You have to play with the recipe a bit to get it right. the calculator on this site doesn't really work if you put in a large number. You'll end up buying way too many limes. Over all everyone like them at my party.

Easy Red Pepper Hummus

It's good, healthy and stores easy. This is another that I made a big batch and froze half for later. I pulled it out the other day to take some to work and it tasted great. My friends thought it was store bought!

Super Al's Cocktail Sauce

I agree, you can't go wrong with this sauce. Easy to make and stores well in a freezer for future parties. I made a huge batch, froze a bunch and used at a second party. It was better the second time around.

Chicken Satay with Homemade Peanut Sauce

Quick and easy, great for grill'n. I have to work on the peanut sauce a bit, mine came out a little runny so I just kept adding more peanut butter but all an and all it's good. It was the hit of the party.

Jammin' Tarheel Chili

This is good Chili; just the kind mom use to make. I added a couple of things to spice it up a bit but nothing that really changed the original formula. Good Grub Chris!
