Bubba's Jambalaya
I didn't have any ham, so I doubled the chicken, used 3/4 lb. sausage and medium shrimp. Also went heavy on the cajun seasoning and added hot pepper sauce for some extra kick. This was a hit with the family. Excellent recipe!
