I could be considered a professional cook, And maybe , just maybe I could swing a station, as seen on TV, , If you weed mess pull threw under camera lenses, and make the time, then guess it would be entertaining, and tarnished laugh to the profession. "Practice practice practice," and if the shell shock wore off , it's a maybe. I'll say a great all around cook, prep to close, and at home a possible joy in the kitchen. At work, haa.....
My favorite things to cook
When alone , it's just whatever is around, form simple too being in the mood spending a few hours challenging myself, with what's in front of me. deserts, pastas, and anything new , simple and what i see on menus and T.V. But love just simple for my self, " and for others, "what would you like", they just need to ask.
My favorite family cooking traditions
hmmm. good one , taste great.
My cooking triumphs
I have a few, ... roman meal for under $5, that was amazing. Alfredo ,sauce, with a bear fridge. Steak appitizer to die for. " and a piece of fruit at best part of the day."
My cooking tragedies
mac and cheese , sounds funny, But, true, i went in different direction with every step in something so simple and become the foulest , ever , mac. cheese , i' ever tasted. I ate as much as I could , To say the least, was more than I would expect anyone to eat, " Thinking it's not that bad, " , ",It was the worst, ever in recorded history". to my knowledge anyway. ha. tragedies.
