Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
I would have given it a 3 1/2 star if I could, but 4 will do. It was good, but a bit to sweet. Next time I'll opt for a cornbread mix that isn't so sweet. Would have been better as a savory dish. The family was split 50/50 on this dish.

Zucchini Bread IV
works every time I do it. I sub apple sauce for the oil, and it turns out just fine. Also I used whole wheat flour. It gives it extra body.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Instant hit!!! I made this for a football party and everyone loved it. Instead of chicken crackers I served it with Frito Scoops (celery sticks were not allowed at the party). I also used the baking method. This did make a lot of dip, so for a smaller crowd I'll cut it in half. This is a keeper!!!!
