Crispy Potato Wedges
perfect quick easy cleanup because i lined with foil. i have a deep fryer and those fries are usually soggy and tasteless. i have already made these twice in a week theyre perfect. i dipped in ranch dressing yummy

Southern Peach Cobbler
the flavor was really good however i left it in a little too long and topping got burnt. i think next time i will try the recipe where the topping starts on the bottom and rises to the top but i will keep the peach filling ingredients the same thanks

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
turned out really good, he loved it & said it reminded him of something his mother and granny made. very nice comfort food with a little more interest than just chicken w/stuffing side and all 1 dish made it easy to pop in the oven and do something else for an hour
