These were very good but i think that 400 degrees was too hot. Next time i make them i am going to bake them at 350 and see how it works. i also used garlic instead of onion. it was really good. everybody at the dinner table thought they were the highlight of the meal.

I made this for my family tonight, and myself my mom and dad liked it but the kids didnt. for a while i didnt think it was going to be juicy enough so after about 3 hours in the slow cooker i put in 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 of beef. another thing is i think that it would be a little better with only one pound of saurkraut but other wise it was really good and im definatly making it again.
