Being a mother to Five wonderful children, is a challenge in itself, but cooking for them is another wonderful accomplishment for me! Pretty much anything, baking is more my speciality, but I will always try something new at least once! Making a big breakfast on the weekends! Making chicken salad for the first time, and pancakes from total scratch ingrediants! I cannot remember ever having one that was a tragedy, maybe a messed up one!..hehehe
