Mr. Little

About this Cook

I have been married for about 8 1/2 years now. Our Mr. Little (our Son) just turned 1 year old 2 weeks ago. We are so happy and proud of him. Due to a very high risk pregnancy (bed rest) and then a very active baby I didn't cook for almost 2 years so I just started cooking again and baking.

My favorite things to cook

I love to cook, bake fry and all that... I don't really have a favorite thing to cook. I just love food.

My favorite family cooking traditions

For my little family will be carrot cake our tradition..LOL

My cooking triumphs

Carrot Cake, Crepes, Asian, Mexican and Italian.

My cooking tragedies

Shrimp ... That was so horrible the spices where the wrong ones and they came out so salty and very spicy... HORRIBLE

Creamy Caramel Flan

This is the best flan everrrr!!! I had a flan in Mexico and I always had dreams about it but now this one took his place. So easy to make I had some issues with the caramel but other than that it was a hit.
