This was my first time making creme brulee, I have had it many times at some top resturants in the US. I thought the texture came out perfect but it wasn't too sweet and I had a little trouble with the glaze, either way it's a working progress for me, thank you for the recipe.

I thought this was very tasty, a little to sweet for my taste, the 2nd time I made this I cut the sugar in half and doubled the dry mustard, and added chopped dill pickle, it's now perfect for me and my girls taste buds :) thanks for the great recipe.
