Comforting Cube Steaks
Cube steak can be terrible if cooked wrong. I am not a fan of cube steak, but my hubby bought some. I used this recipe and actually loved them. I served this over garlic mashed potatoes and had green beans as a side. WONDERFUL!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
These are delicious! However, I only baked mine for 8 minutes because I like them soft and chewy. At 12 minutes, mine were real crunchy. I can't imagine what 15 minutes would have been like.

Sweet Potato Potato Salad
