Chicken Piccata II
I made this as suggested in other posts with the chicken broth and I even doubled the sauce. I served it over angel hair pasta.It was very bland tasting, in my opinion. I added some garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper, hoping to save the dish, but everyone still refused to eat it. Sorry, looks like my family are the only ones who disliked it.
