Green Bean and Potato Salad
My family asked that I never make potato salad with mayo again! This was sooooo good. I did cut back on the amount of olive oil, but that was the only change. No need to fear taking on a picnic or to a BBQ, excellent hot, cold or room temp.

Zucchini Tomato Toss
Quick - light- tasty- I sprinkled a bit of fresh grated parmesean over the top, Perfect!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
These were so easy to make. The kids absolutely love them and they are way cheaper (and better for them) than the store-bought variety. With todays' economy I need to save wherever I can. We try different add-ins, fruits, nuts, flavors. It's all good.
