Sour Cream Raspberry Pie
I really liked this pie. I followed people's advice and put cornstarch in the berries as well as using Lorna Doones for the crumble. What I didn't love was how disparate the flavors were. Next time I would use confectioners sugar in the berries and less sugar in the sour cream.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
This is such a great and versatile pie recipe. We go apple picking every year and I make this pie. I've altered it in all sorts of ways, and it is always good. I've made it blackberry apple, raspberry apple, even blackberry peach. I like to add cinnamon, nutmeg,and fresh grated ginger to it.

Gorgonzola and Wild Mushroom Risotto
This Recipe was wonderful. We subbed goat cheese for the gorgonzola and doubled the truffle oil. We had it on Valentines day as a side with Lobster and asparagus, best Valentine's meal ever.
