Cranberry Peanut Snack Mix

The recipe doesn't really say when to add the fruit/nuts, so I did it after the wet ingredients and kneeded it in. Turned out really well!

Creamy Cheesy Grits

These were tasty grits! My cooking time was more along the lines of 5 to 7 minutes instead of the 25 minutes suggested. That was more in line with the directions from the box of grits. Anyway, when they got thick, I added the cheeses and it was good.

We made this for the 4th of July and it was a hit! We added crab legs, lobster tails and mussels for personal taste preferences, but the concept is accommodating for any seafood. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole

I made this in the oven, basically because my slow cooker is old and hard to clean! I used Rotel instead of tomatoes, and taco seasoning instead of chili seasoning.
