Candied Almonds

These are JUST what I wanted!! (preggo craving!) Only thing extra I did was add 2 tsp of vanilla! You MUST stir and cook for close to 30 min to get the texture you are looking for...all the liquid has to be gone..which I did and they were perfect! Love them! I'll be making these a LOT!!

Apple Dip

Gets 5 Stars all around! Yummy, so easy to make and a REAL crowd pleaser!! I made a double batch, put it in a pie plate and sprinkled Heath crumbles on top for an extra treat! Amazing!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I didn't even like potato soup until I made this recipe...WONDERFUL! It was a hit with friends as well! I will make this all winter long that's for sure!!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Very good!! And RICH!! Next time I will be sure and crush the grahm crackers even more and may add a tad more peanut butter needs just a tad more peanut taste.

Key Lime Cheesecake I

WONDERFUL!! I have made this several times and everyone that tries it LOVES it, even if they aren't big fans of Lime!! I like using the shortbread pre-made crust (2 of them) makes the perfect amount, nice shortcut and different taste!
