Slow Cooker Lentil and Ham Soup
Absolutely delicious. Used smoked ham shank instead of regular ham. Cooked it on low for only 6 hours. I made no other changes. It will certainly be filed under favorite soups.

Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup
I made this exactly as the recipe stated. The taste was amazing, considering how easy it was to make. The canned veggies made me apprehensive, but the result was very good.
