Basil Tomato Soup
I used to hate tomato soup but I decided to try this one on a whim. I'm a tomato soup convert now! Great recipe. I added crushed red pepper but that's because I like everything spicy.

Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Great recipes. Needs a lot of blending to become really smooth but my family loved this recipe!

Ali's Greek Tortellini Salad
I made this salad for Easter dinner at my families house and everyone really enjoyed it. There was so much flavor that I know this will be a dish I will make for all my get-togethers!
