Easy Jalapeno Hot Sauce

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

we loved this recipe. however, i used BOCA MEATLESS italian sausage. delicious! and less fat and calories with the meatless sausage!! i've since made it several times and the entire family loves it!!!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

great recipe! i had a house party with guests of all ages...everyone loved these cookies! i've since made them several times. you can substitute anything for the chocolate chips and walnuts. yummmmm!!

Cajun Spice Mix

this cajun spice is great! i used 1 tsp of salt instead of 2. i've made thisa few times now, its easy to mixup the ingredients with different spices i just keep the recipe amount of garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne and red pepper flakes. it's great on potatoes, eggs, popcorn and tofu! i will always keep this spice mix of some variation on hand!

Bread Pudding II

this bread pudding recipe is ok. the first time i made it following the recipe exactly - there were too many eggs and very sweet. the second time i made it, i used less eggs, brown sugar and more bread. i also added some nutmeg. much better after adjustments.

Meatiest Vegetarian Chili from your Slow Cooker

great chili! i used kidney beans for a more traditional chili. i also didn't have any oregano so that was left out. its a very thick chili so i used additional liquid to have a more soup/chili consistency. i used about 1 cup of tomato juice but water would work fine too. i will definitely make this again soon!
