Bronco Burger

Reviewed: May 30, 2009
OMG.......This was AWESOME!!!!! No Lie!! I made with 96/4 beef and I followed the recipe to a tee, excepted omitted the frito corn chips. I did add my own twist to this recipe as I added pepper jack cheese, grated and stuffed the middle of the patty with it. The burgers were 6-8 inches in daimeter and two+ inches thick!! They were incredible!!! Best burger I have ever had at home or at a restraunt!!! We had left over beef "mixture" so i put in a platic bag, refridged at the next day I did the same thing, althoughh the second's day was more spicier as the jalopenos marinated in the beef for 24hrs..... WAS AWESOME!!!! will plann to marinate the jalopenos in the beef again!!! Thank you! :)))))

Habanero Hellfire Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
This was Awesome Chili! First let me say I love "HOT" food, I love a good burn!!! I read the other reviews and was sceptical about adding all the peppers, but did anyway. I personally did not find this chili to be hot, not even on the second day. But remember I am used to eating hot foods with Habanero Hot Sauce. So for my liking next time I will be adding some of the seeds from the peppers to create the desired level of Hot I am looking for. But besides, my personal preference, the taste of the chili was Excellent!!!! I did make some minor changes: I added 2 cans of Hot Chili Beans and 2 cans of Kidney Beans (both 16oz cans, both drained), I only added 1 cup of water, I added the full pound of bacon, and also added a pound of ground Italian Hot Sausage. This made the consistancy of the chili thick and meaty.... I sereved hot topped with shredded Mexican blend cheese and sourcream and side of tortilla chips for dipping.... Yummy!! Thank you! :)

OMG!!!! This was EXCELLENT!!! Only changes: left out the chocolate covered raisins and also put on a peanut butter drizzle on top (follow same directions as the butterscotch, just with a couple of spoonfuls of peanutbutter)... Results: ooey gooey good! A big hit at the office and with the kiddies!!! Thank you. :)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
This was excellent, my family loved it! No leftovers, infact next time will ahve to make a double batch!!! Only changes: I used buttered round crackers instead on saltines, package of onion soup in place of the onion, no ginger added as I didnt have any, and the ketchup glaze was put on top rather than the bottom. I did cook in a loaf pan and it turned out wonderful!!! I will make again and again, just double batch next time so we have leftovers!! Thank you :)

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
OMG!!!! This was delicious!!! Only made minor changes. I doubled the recipe, so: Added taco seasoning to 2 lbs beef, used a can of Chili beans and a can of Black beans, used a can of Rotel in place of the tomato, and used small round tortilla chips (not crushed) and placed in a 9x13 pan and an 8x8 pan (making the dish a little thinker ). I served this piping hot with tortilla chips on the side.... This was a hit!!! I will make this again and again, and infact can think of ways of making new variations of this dish: same recipe but no chips in the bottom, after done spooning the mixture into torillas to make it in a burrito style, or agin, no chips at the bottom and serving it as a warm dip dish with tortilla chips at parties.... there is a lot you can do do with this delicious dish!!! Thank you!!! :)
