Famous Pork Chops
I used 1/2 cup of cheezeit crackers & 1/2 cup of saltine crackers for the crust. When I baked it, I only used 2 tablespoons of butter, that i cut into pieces and placed around the pork chops. I baked it as directed, and it turned out perfect! The crust was not soggy and the meat was very moist. My family was disappointed that I did not have more made for them to eat, and said they definently want me to make this recipe again.

Hamburger Hash
I added one tablespoon of worchestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper. Also, when I slightly browned the potatoes and onions, I added a teaspoon of minced garlic. I cooked it over medium heat for 30 minutes, and my super picky husband loved it! I will definently make this recipe again.
