Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
Yum. The kid said it was the best ever. Even better than Grandmas. Needs tweaking.

Best Hot Crab Dip
It wasn't the best, but I would make it again. Next time I will use less Mayo. That was all I could taste at first until the flavors melded. Also, I cooked it in one dish and had to increase cooking time to double what the recipe called for.

Thirty Minute Chili
I added extra can of beans and chilli powder. Can of tomato sauce, and a pinch of V8 juice (should have used Spicy V8). Turned out pretty good except a little too sweet. I will make it again, but try to unsweeten it next time.
