Too Much Chocolate Cake
I just made this - VERY GOOD! I made cupcakes for my sons 5th birthday. I was told they are the best cupcakes ever. I used 3 eggs instead of 4 because I had Jumbo eggs. It made 24 cupcakes - I baked at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. This is a very thick batter and rises very well. I filled my cupcake liners about 2/3 full and they swelled over the edge like gourmet muffins - a little too much for me - next time I will use less. However - the taste is awesome. Definitely a keeper!
