I am currently a student in the Culinary Arts and service Management (CASM) degree at Paul Smith's College. I love to cook everything and am willing to try new recipes, but I love to bake more than anything Making all the desserts and cookies at Christmas time with my Mom for the families. I learn something new everyday in the kitchen I am not good at making hollandaise sauce, always breaks on me the first few times.
