I did not care for this. I'm sure it would vary greatly depending on what sauces you used...but I didn't scrimp on quality and was still not impressed. I won't be making this again.

These were easier to make than I first thought when I saw the list of ingredients. I decided against deep frying and instead sprayed them with Pam and cooked them at 425 for 15 minutes (as suggested by reviewers). They were very crispy. I think they tasted even better the next day. Maybe next time I'll let the ingredients rest together for a while before making the rolls to allow the flavors to marry.

YUMMMMM-EE! This recipe combined so many of my favorite things...mashed potatoes, spinach, CHEESE and sour cream! They were easy to boot. I used fresh spinach because that's what I had - nuke in the micro for a few and ready to add. This is a definite keeper!
