Tofu Parmigiana
This is the 1st time I have used tofu. This was an excellent recipe. I thought it was delicious and very similar to chicken. I did not use parmesan as i didn't have any on hand. Just mozza and extra garlic.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna
I have previously bought the frozen chicken lasagna but not anymore! This recipe was delicious and my husband wanted 2nds, so it is a keeper. I did use more mozzarella and used a nice chunky spaghetti sauce. Also used 8 oven ready lasagna noodles. Yumm...
