i love red potatoes and this was a very good recipe! Think I may need to tweak it a bit more, though, given I scaled it from 100 servings down to 8. I used nearly an entire bulb of roasted garlic, and think I could've used more. After all, can you ever REALLY use too much garlic? ;) Thank you for the recipe!

I, also, am only rating the gravy because b'friend is very proud of his own meatloaf :) In any case -- FANTASTIC brown gravy!!! Holy cow -- who knew brown gravy without drippings could be so tasty and easy?? This is one of those recipes that will go to the front of my recipe book. Hopefully one day, I'll get a chance to make the meatloaf in the recipe, too! ;)

This pie was WONDERFUL! Made it for b'friend's dad's birthday. It set beautifully, and only had a small amount of filling left after using a store-bought Oreo cookie crust. Everyone loved it. In fact it was so incredibly rich that I haven't been able to touch the leftovers! Good thing I have another chocolate pie-lover in the house who's more than grateful for what's left :) Thanks for a terrific -- and EASY -- recipe!
