This was a wonderful and easy recipe. As suggested I added half an onion, 2 tsp of garlic and Worcestershire sauce. I used Molly’s suggestion and put a tray to catch the juices. I am so glad I did. Thanks Molly. I would make this again. The only change I would make is add the barbecue sauce when its half way done and use less of it. I used too much. This one is a keeper.
