This recipe was exactly what I was looking for. Luckily, before I started baking I read the comment section to find some tips. The only thing I had to do was make sure all the steam came out of the puffs by poking a small hole in every one. After I let all the steam release from the puffs, I used a piping tool I got from Target. I just looked in the cooking section and found this cylindrical object with a needle-like point to insert the cream into the puffs with. It was perfect! The puffs were delicious and light and the cream was superb. Honestly, I ate too many but my stomach was sore of those delicious bite sized drops of heaven. Needless to say, the recipe was terrific even for the most amateur chef (me).
