Triple Dipped Fried Chicken
Very good batter, need to add water to it because it thickens quickly. Good cold and the next day as well. Only problem was the seasoning was not strong enough. Will cook it again but add more seasoning to the batter.

Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce
Love it! Made it for Easter and was a big hit! Even my picky eater teenage sone love it. He is allergic to nuts so I made a smaller piece for him without the almonds! Takes a long time to prep though! I need a good chopper (lol)
