Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
Seriously, wow. All my guests last night raved and asked for the recipe. The cake looks like it won't absorb all the milk, so out of precaution I poured half on and let it do its thing and then poured the other half on about 20m later when I saw the first half was all gone. Ended up being the right amount of milk. Thanks for a great recipe!
