About this Cook
I love to cook for parties and love to eat. I show dogs for a living and many times have to cook in my RV. It takes a little more planning. The oven is smaller and gas, we joke about it being a Betty Crocker Kitchen!
My favorite things to cook
Cajun style stews with home grown beef and veggies. Chop Chop Salads. Pasta dishes including a great lasagna. Homemade Breakfast Cereal that I'm still perfecting.
My favorite family cooking traditions
all I can think of that was a tradition, is burnt food and loads of lard!
My cooking triumphs
My husband is still alive and loves my cooking
My cooking tragedies
hahaha! Candy that burned on the stove, so I dumped it in the garden so no one would notice. There was a 'brick' in the garden for a few years.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
excellent cookies. I found that they were overcooked at 10 minutes, 8.5 was perfect. I live at 800 feet above sea level, if that matters.
